This batik surface design project uses the “quilt as you go” method used in traditional “rag” quilts. The clipped raw edges of the batik curl and fringe creating a soft texture. Use 1/3 yd each of 10 different COOL batiks in greens, teals, blues & purples and 1/3 yard each of 10 different WARM batiks in yellows, oranges, pinks & reds with assorted patterns and color values to create this fun quilt as you go raw edge batik quilt.
